Terms and Conditions

  • My website is purely an advertising platform; all purchases must be done through emailing me. Currently I do not sell online.
  • I sell products via email orders, in shops and where possible at Art and Craft markets.
  • I will notify via the website of  'Upcoming Events', like Art and Craft markets and possible exhibitions that I participate in. I will also notify on the website in the 'Outlets Shops Galleries' section where my work is for sale.
  • All works are subject to Copyright laws.
  • My work is of an ‘eclectic’ nature as will be observed on the website.  As a working artist of many years my motto has not changed, ‘experiment and discover’. I love making and using various materials especially paper – all papier mache objects are made of old newspaper and recycled cardboard. I make and complete my work to a high standard but point out that these items are handmade by me and not from a conveyer belt! Only the various boxes are bought in as blanks then decoarted and finished by me.  I sell all my work with honesty, integrity and most of all to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Each piece of art work comes with a label:- 

Christine Hall/Handmade Objects/Chaya Art/email address.

Furthermore some objects have a label denoting utility of the object.

For example:  Papier Mache objects have a warning label – NO WATER OR WET ITEMS.

  • Any disputes or dissatisfaction with an item will be addressed immediately to our mutual satisfaction once complaint has been received via email.
  • I have kept prices of objects and P&P commensurable with other artists who sell their work in the UK.

Please Note:  

  • Customers outside the United Kingdom will be subject to different P&P costs.
  • Finally, I offer a personal Delivery Service (usually on a Friday) to those who live within a 15-20 mile radius of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK. Cost to be advised when this service is requested.

Shipping Policy

I will package all items well and send within 2 days of receiving order and payment.

Note:  Packaging and Posting ( P&P) is included in the price quoted on the website. Some packaging may look a bit used/worn as I try to re-use packaging materials to avoid over-use of paper, cardboard and plastics.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email me the reason and how it can be resolved. My aim is complete satisfaction with your purchase of my art work.

Damaged goods

Please take a photo upon receipt of a damaged item and email me. When  assessed, I will respond within 2 days. When the issue is resolved and item is returned to me I will fully refund your money within 5 working days.
